The pizza crafty

The pizza is a typical product of Neapolitan cuisine. It could even be defined as a symbol of Italian cuisine in the world. The pizza is an old flat that was originally a focaccia bread and enriched with different ingredients that has evolved over the years. The pizza dough is a poor preparation, based on flour, water,yeast, salt and oil with which they can achieve many variants, thin as in a pizzeria or more as high as those at the cutting. Today I want to propose a new recipe, fast and Original. The smart pizza pan! It seems incredible, I did not believe it myself.

Ingredients for a smart pizza pan
  • 170 g flour 0

Take a pan and put a little olive oil and sprinkle over the whole base. Place the flour in it, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water, turn the dough well, which it is very sticky and roll it out with a spoon to cover all the existing pan.
Cover the dough with tomato sauce and put immediately on medium flame fire- with low above the lid that will close perfectly and hermetically the pan ...... this is a critical step.
